5. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free plans may have usage limits as described on our pricing page.

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of your data. We do not claim ownership of the product information or pricing data you input into the service. Price data collected from third-party websites is used solely to provide the service to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Third-party websites may block scraping attempts, which is outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service reliability.

8. Limitation of Liability

SyncDash is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including pricing decisions made based on data provided by the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
